Registration

If you want to order from our store, you need to have registration - it is simple, free and takes up to minute for it.

 

 

Payment methods 

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank wire transfer

For customers living Bulgaria - we accept only wire transfer.

 

Value Addet Tax (VAT) - only for EU customers

All the customers from European Union (EU) will be charged with VAT - 20%. If you provide VALID VAT NUMBER during your registration, we will reduce VAT form the price after you make your purchase. We will check out your VAT number according this page - http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/ and if it is valid we will reduce the VAT. We usually do it as partial PayPal refund.

Shipping via Registered Mail

With this shipping method your signature will be required. We ship every working day. The item will be sent up to 3 working days after clear payment is received. It takes usually about 12-15 days for delivery to European countries and about 15-20 days for delivery to US, North America, South America, Africa, Asia and Australia. The delivery time is determined by the posts and in some rarely cases it may be up to 30 days. Bellow are given the prices for shipping via post:

  • FedEx - delivery for around 3 working days

Confirmation message with shipping information (including reference number) will be sent to your mail up to week after item is sent.

Dear Customers, If you are located in Europe Union and your company have valid VAT number we will reduce the VAT charge AFTER you make the order as our site does not support online VAT number validation. We usually do it as partial PayPal refund.
